Budgeting. The funnest thing ever.
Have you ever noticed that in some comics, the artist will never show the characters below the waist. This is probability why. About centaurs, they look so awkward, I must admit. I’ve always wondered why there is a ‘taur’ in centaur because a traditional centaur is half horse, half man. Not half bull, half man.
It was amusing to make a small dragon fit on a couch. I can be a little more artistic with single panel comics, but it’s not always the best way to tell a joke. It works well with this one though. – Alex the dragon
Hello everyone. Hopefully your week is going well. The moral of this story is to never put carpet in your house :D. My partner in crime and I are working on some short stories for our characters. So ‘eventually you will see story comics on certain days of the week. But we will continue to do single gag comics on sun/mon like always. We are excited to put these characters in amusing situations 😀 You will see concept art being uploaded to the blog in the coming month.
The irony of this comic is…. how would a dragon be able to wear a hat?
In our own glorious stupidity.. we forgot to do a comic last week. So with my brilliant wisdom (I was hit in the head) we decided to do four comics ahead of time and then the next week we will do four more, rinse and repeat. -Alex the dragon
A hand drawn comic for today. I am having issues with my computer AGAIN. The fan in the stupid video dwent out, forcing me to use my laptop. The laptop is under powered and couldn’t run 3d in it’s wildest dreams. (Computers dream, I hear them humming.. or is that my stomach?) My cartoon designs are all over the place. I need to spend some time developing character sheets so I am more constant with my drawn comics. Cruz actually said this and the real Alex laughed.. The dragon Alex.. not so much..

Earlier, Cruz and I talked about what it would be like a bird flying in the sky, and if we could become a bird would we do so? (very deep philosophical stuff). I personally would not give up my hands for wings, nor give up my highly flexible mouth for a beak. And lets not even talk about the gizzards.
